Our accomplishments include:

  • Management of the installation of three large Avaya systems in Las Vegas and Laughlin including a 3600 room property on the strip and a 2900 room property on the strip.
  • Complete redesign of a Call Center at one of the newest most prestigious properties in Las Vegas.
  • Provided all of the hardware and project managed a turn-key installation for the opening of a new 200 room boutique hotel in January.
  • Designed, project-managed, and provided turn-key installation and maintenance of over 1800 SIP phones in a new tower on the strip that opened in January 2012.  This was the first Nortel and VTech SIP phone installation for this particular vendor in the United States.
  • Management of the telephone service and maintenance at 11 Hotel/Casinos including the three newest hotels on the strip, two of the 15 largest hotels in the US, 2 major call centers, two corporate headquarters and two major convention areas.
  • Provide annual service and management to venues such as the Miss America, Miss USA, World Series of Poker and numerous conventions on a daily basis.
  • Authorized distributor of VTech Hospitality SIP and Analog guest room phones.
  • Wood TMS was an integral part of the project team dedicated to achieving a four star rating for one of the properties we manage.
  • Developed innovative disaster recovery and cost saving solutions.
